From the airports of Barcelona and Girona you can reach Calella by road through the N-II or also by the C-32 and AP-7 motorways. In both airports you will also find different car rental companies and taxi rank.
From Barcelona, bus and train are two means of transport that easily connect you with Calella. If you are coming by bus, the Sagalés company offers a transfer service with several departures throughout the day (Approximate duration of the journey 1h 5min.) If you prefer to come by train, you must take the train at the Barcelona airport suburban station and then you will have to change at the Barcelona-Sants station. From there, the R1 line will take you to Calella.
If you arrive at Girona airport, there is a direct bus service (Sagalés) from the airport to Calella. If you prefer the train, from the airport you must first take the bus from the airport to the city of Girona (the bus station is next to the train station). From Girona, the RG1 line trains directly connect Girona and Calella. There are also other lines that make the same route but changing at the Maçanet-Massanes station. Whatever your choice, at the Girona train station you can buy the Girona-Calella ticket for all lines (the price may vary depending on the type of train)
